30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must:

  • Be in its original condition

  • Include all accessories and packaging

  • Have no signs of misuse or damage

If the item is defective or arrives damaged, you are fully covered—just contact us and we’ll make it right.


How to Start a Return

To begin your refund process, please contact us at:

Include in your email:

  • Your order number

  • Your name

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

  • A brief explanation of the issue

Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is defective or damaged: We cover the return or replacement.

  • If you simply change your mind: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Your refund will be approved or denied

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.


Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Items returned after 30 days

  • Items not in their original condition

  • Lost, stolen, or incorrectly delivered packages caused by customer error in the shipping address


Exchanges
